TifTuf is the most drought-tolerant lawn we grow, the result of around 25 years of research at the University of Georgia, hand-picked from close to 30,000 bermuda varieties and kept genetically pure from a single foundation plant ever since.
It's built for full sun, high-traffic yards. It has the strongest wear tolerance and fastest self-repair of anything we stock, plus it takes root faster than comparable varieties, so new lawns establish quickly.
On average it needs around a third less water than other varieties to stay green, along with low fertiliser and low mowing needs, and it holds its colour further into winter than most warm-season lawns. 10 year product warranty included.

Care & maintenance
TifTuf uses meaningfully less water than most warm-season lawns to stay green, so it suits an efficient watering routine once established. It holds its colour further into winter than most bermudas and needs comparatively little fertiliser to keep performing.
